If it were not for the lone 144 innings, that healthy average of 26 would be somewhat, less flattering. But granted T20 and Pro50 is much better, and hence the recall to the limited overs squad.
In the Logan Cup it was just one innings of note, aggressive one too! But the point is, he's in good touch so we should maximise that whatever the format. For arguably the most talented batsman in Zim, he's let himself and us down, so just like Vusi, once he gets his chance, he'll be motivated to do well and ensure that he's not permanently relegated to FC cricket!

I also find it wierd that he's interested! Probably not a lot of truth in that.........

In fairness to Rikki, he was living in a small country town with nothing to do. Perhaps if he was based in Harare he would be happier.

Well he'll have a chance at internationals, he won't otherwise.

Have any of the twitteratti here assembled sought to ask Riki about this??

I've no idea about the merits of Kwekwe but I thought his tirade against it/zim cricket was a bit unedifying considering that until he finagled his way back to a county contract the Rhinos were his only source of first class cricket.
