The higher you go the cooler it becomes.
Re: Jersey vs mid west rhinos
Just so simple to make. I do batches now and then. I like dry biltong so I cut thin stripes of topside, follow a recipe and hang it in front of a fan and it's dry in 24-48 hours. Dead simple and quite rewarding.
They make the recipes so complex, but you can just add salt and plenty of pepper, a bit of cracked coriander, maybe a touch of chilli and it produces really tasty biltong.
Complex stuff includes washing it down with vinegar and buying an expensive biltong spice mix, leaving it overnight in the fridge etc etc, but it really isn't necessary. You don't need the drying box and light either, just a fan blowing air onto it, provided you're not in a humid climate, otherwise maybe a light to dry the air a little.

I think NO
Re: Jersey vs mid west rhinos
I was searching Jersey sites. I see Alan Butcher is their coach. There's pics of them at Antelope Park. You can spot a foreigner a mile off by how they dress. Mr Butcher blends in well, he looks like a Zimbo
That's a good look he's got going on there! We dress to look poor, which is usually the case

Re: Jersey vs mid west rhinos
Actually the white zimbos dress down, the black guys are way more presentable. He could be one of my mates going fishing and drinking at the river.
