Do we pick wildcard Chivanga for the qualifiers.

I know this much there will be no in-between. He will either take chock loads of wickets or go for 55 in 4 overs.
He probably should be in the squad, his pace would be too much for the associates who are all relatively weak with the bat.

If Ritchie or Blessing are missing or need a break due to the heavy schedule then we need another out an out pacer in the squad.

I'd pick him but it seems the selectors have moved on.

It's his own fault for not taking his previous chances but I'd definitely have him over the seamers we had in Namibia last week.

If you picked an attack of Blessing, Ngarava, Chivanga and Mavuta you'd think most of these associate guys from Togo or Comoros or whoever we are playing would turn their trousers brown.

I'm hoping Blessing ia fit and we play full strength.

Meanwhile Oman and Nepal Qualify for T20 WC 2024,from.Asia region. So Africa region is the only one left now. Heart breaking for the UAE as they miss out on the World Cup.

Uganda has announced their squad and they are missing their best 2 bowlers  Miyagi and Kyewuta are out. Miyagi probably injured but maybe Kyewuta has move to SA to make a go for it there. He could have come to Zimbabwe we need pace bowlers

Only way for Kyewuta to avoid the 10 year naturalisation would have been to have swum the Zambezi and called himself Kanyemba.

I wonder if you marry a Zimbabwean if that speeds up the process?
