According to CI, you guys are going with 2 specialist seamers + Meth + Chigs and 1 specialst spinner (cremer).

We picked 2 seamers + 2 spinners + Shakib who may not bowl + Nasir who bowls both off spin and medium-fast pace.
Meth is a specialist seamer as well.

Reasonably happy with that team, except for Maruma over Williams.

Really hope Mauruma comes in the middle order and does not open

Absolutely.

The tail looks as strong as we can muster, though. i guess their batting kept Cremer in and Chatar out.

Good luck to Maruma! Bizarre selection, really Hami should have moved up and Timycen slotted into the middle order.

And how has Williams missed out?

Yeah, Williams should have been ahead of both.

Almost managed the predictable 1/0 with Maruma opening.

Poor Maruma, why should he be made to open on debut? Hope he does decently anyway. Meth gets a well deserved debut. Mutumbami, on the back of a great domestic season. Williams missing has to be due to him not committing again, and not being part of training. There is no way Waller / Maruma would be preferred to him otherwise.

Cremer is indeed lucky to be there. Price / Utseya (left handers theory) and Mushangwe must be breathing down his neck.
