[Match Thread] Zimbabwe v India: 4th ODI
Re: [Match Thread] Zimbabwe v India: 4th ODI
If you start to run, never hesitate, never ever hesitate.
Poor stuff from Hami. Once again, Zim boggle themselves down when they bat, no one else to blame but themselves.
I know Waller only just came in in May/June, but he has had time to iron out some things. Every coach always seems to say the right things, but then nothing changes.

Good old fashioned top order runout.

Not watching the game, and not even in a position to follow it on Twitter. But the run outs are frustrating. Our big 3 are serial offenders when in comes to run outs. Williams too.
I was actually quite impressed this series with Masakadza's loud calling, decisive yes or no calls throughout his stay, etc. But back to usual service may be?

Jadeja to Taylor, OUT, an appeal for lbw and after a while the umpire sends Taylor on his way! I thought that was missing leg stump. Jadeja went wide of the crease and angled the ball into the right-hander from round the wicket, Taylor came on to the front foot to defend and was beaten on the inside edge. He was hit in front of leg stump so I think he's unlucky to be given out. That would have missed leg stump
BRM Taylor lbw b Jadeja 0 (9b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

He looks in good knick ... in stark contrast to Waller.Jemisi wrote:Time for Chigs to get his maiden ton

I'm happy for Waller to take his time at this point. The more time he spends at the crease the better. Hopefully he can bat himself into some form.

Chigs seems to have been batting for his fifty. No attempt to shield our splendid and lengthy tail.
another sorry batting performance.
what a pity zanupf doesn't play cricket... and the zim cricket team isn't the ruling party.
what a kinder, happier world this would be.
Oh well, onwards and upwards
lets see how the Indians enjoy their batting practice.
