This appears to be the Day Two stumps score:

Good bowling again from the man i have been championing on this site. He's certainly blown the free state batting away. Hopefully it wont be fruitless as long as zim provinces get to this small target

At 3/20 I'm a bit concerned. Hopefully Chakabva can steady the ship and we can knock off these runs.
Great bowling from Rainsford.

Re: Match Thread: Free State v Zimbabwe Provinces (3-Day Match)
Cremer is turning into quite the batsman. IMO, he is an automatic selection for the Test team, not only for his spin bowling (which I think is as good as Price's and better than Utseya's judging by all reports) but for his batting.
Imagine, Chigumbura at 6 and Cremer at 7 or vice versa. Such a strong lower order! In all likelihood Brent, Utseya and Price will bat at 8, 9 and 10. Wow.

Damn! Not a great start. Thank God we had Chakabva and Cremer to steady the ship (and it was such a low target). Ryan Butterworth didn't really get a shot in the ZP team, just the one match. I'd like to see him have another chance, maybe he could replace Kasteni for the next match.TMK Mawoyo b Kops 0
F Kasteni c & b Saliwa 0
T Duffin c Mosena b Kops 0

They will probably drop duffin instead knowing the selectors and bring someone like eric chaluaka back!!!!!!!!

I like the look of this:
Suddenly this week's game against Griqualand West takes on added significance. Bear in mind that there are no semi-finals for the 3-day series - just a final between the top sides from each group.

Re: Match Thread: Free State v Zimbabwe Provinces (3-Day Match)
It would seem only Griq West and Gauteng are our competition. We must win both of our remaining games - if we do I think we will finish the top of the ladder on points.

Pool B - Gauteng v Namibia
Pool B - North West v Zimbabwe Provinces
