I don't have a problem with this. I play club cricket, I'm 35 and I play against some very talented 16 and 17 year olds and I value the wickets I take and the runs I score as much as those taken against other 35 year olds.

Do you gaslight as an under 23 player, though? In a competition specifically for under 17’s?

Ya fair point, but important for the young guys to measure themselves against adults at some point.

Yeah, the only issue is the name of the team!

It's good for U17s to be playing against some more experienced players as well as their peers, also good that these guys are trying to fill their boots and not taking it easy.

Leading run scorers at the end of the week were; Hlabangana, Konson, Viljoen, Banda, Muyambo, Ndiweni, Patel

Wicket takers were Zuze, Mudzengerere, Patel, Mabena, Chimugoro, Senzere, Madaremete
