What was the deal with the Rangers bowling?

Macheka bowling 5.3 overs
Falao bowling 6.5 overs
Matty Campbell 0.4 overs

Seems totally random when all 45 overs were bowled.

Macheka taken off for two beamers, Falao almost killed by a return hit from Blessing and Campbell finished off their overs.

Good to see a lot of younger players getting hundreds so far.

The Takashinga article was poorly written but i do believe it be good for club cricket to have different rivalries.

Yes I think young players getting an opportunity to play in the NPL is what makes it important for me. Probably the best part of it all. Hami did a good thing with the NPL. I remember him describing how playing against some of the top bowlers in the country whilst still in high school helped him develop quickly.

Great competition in this year's NPL. The batters seem to be getting their stride now and actually putting totals on the board. It's always good to see youngsters getting 100s we really need that for our cricket as a whole.

Club cricket should tick that box. NPL is really an opportunity for provincial teams to face some better players. It's supposed to be a better standard, but there's more of a gap between some of the NPL clubs than between the normal clubs.
It's all good, it's more cricket and exposure.
What has been a development has been the Rangers. Unfortunately only Takashinga can match their sponsorship. We need a couple of corporates to get involved. Shunting ZC funds through Takashinga so they're the best club makes someone feel like they've achieved something. They've taken the Rangers rise personally for the wrong reasons, it's OK, it raises the stakes, but we need the other clubs to match it.
Sir Wicknell should get involved.

Apparently Takashinga have submitted a complaint about the Old Georgians pitch - as have the umpires. The claim is that Rangers ‘sabotaged’ the match.

The claim is that Raza is a doubt for the first India T20 after getting injured ‘due to the pitch’.
