Easy solution

Win all our games. Hong kong and scotland should not hold any fears or instil sleepless nights
Thus thought the Afghans!

Did NOT see the Afghans failing even to make the quarters. They have been picking shit squads for ages now and getting away with it. Now they finally are paying the price.
They were overreliant on Rashid Khan and now that he's struggling with the ball, they've been exposed.

They were over reliant on their bowling in general. Honestly their batting is piss poor. It might even worse than Bangladesh’s batting from 1986-2003!

Lot happening apparently then. Looks like the best scenario for us is Nepal beating both HK and AFG and coming to super sixes with us. We can carry a massive NRR that way...

Man this tournament is making me nervous. West Indies losing to Ireland complicates our situation. Let's hope they keep it together.

At four down the West Indies have at all to do. A win by Ireland we really complicate things for us. We wont have any room for a slip up.

Seeing the way this tournament is playing out if I was the ICC I would actually keep the 10 man world cup and make more teams have to qualify. Maybe only guarantee the top 6 teams a place in the world cup..I'm sure Sri Lanka and Bangladesh would have made this tournament more interesting. A potential cash cow here if they get TV rights sorted..

I honestly don't see the point of the ICC champions trophy to be honest. It has no real meaning anymore. Just another world cup. People are playing for their lives in Zimbabwe right now. It's kind of like how people say the biggest game in football is the English Championship play-off final. The winning team gains so much financially being promoted to the premier league.
