Re: [MATCH THREAD] Zim v Bangla 3rd Bulawayo ODI
This is great use of the powerplay. We've reduced the RRR to 4.8 an over.
Williams has added a lot of stability in the middle order it has to be said.
Yeah, Zimbabwe are on the verge of winning 2 in a row without Taylor having to make a match winning score. When was the last time that happened?sloandog wrote:What's nice to see is that we can succeed when Taylor fails. All the batters have contributed thus far, apart from Brendan ofcourse, and it's just a nice change to see.

I was hoping someone had more rosy foresight than myself ... still feeling doubtful myself but how nice would that be for him!?Dr_Situ(ZimFanatic) wrote:Well, I can see itbetterdays wrote:i'm gonna be harsh (or call it reverse jinxing) but I see no three figure score for Vusi

Sean just looks class, doesn't he ? Sweeping the ball, cutting, pulling, picking the gaps, running hard. I think he's just oozing class, but it's wether or not he'll stay in the fold for the next series, that's the problem with him

His sweeps are glorious to watch. It's the hockey background. An amazing reverse sweep as well.sloandog wrote:Sean just looks class, doesn't he ? 43 off 54 required. Sibanda 13 runs away from a much deserved century. He's had a few troubles with the nervous nineties though, let's hope he gets to three figures today.

Fredricks: 43 to win off 53, so it's officially a run a ball!
Honest to god this guy is a joke.

Williams is on fire!
50 for Williams, 100 for Sibanda?

Re: [MATCH THREAD] Zim v Bangla 3rd Bulawayo ODI
the last two innings by Williams have been great ... it's just gutting that to know (with just less than certainty) that he's showcasing! Trust me, I hope he isn't ... but there's not much to suggest he'll stick
