I found this from Maheara. I don't know if it's still relevant

I know a few people were wondering, so...

Points will be allocated as detailed below:
1. Outright win: 10
2. Tie or draw on double innings: 6
3. First innings points will be awarded only for batting and bowling performances in the first 100 overs of each first innings regardless of the result of the match as follows:

i. Batting bonus points: 1 point will be awarded upon reaching 175 runs. 1 point will then be awarded thereafter for every 50 runs scored.

ii. Bowling bonus points: One point each to be awarded for the fall of the 3rd, 5th,7th and 9th wickets. Only a maximum of 4 points shall be awarded.

If play starts with less than 10 hours of playing time remaining, a one innings match will be played. No bonus points will be awarded and the winning team will be awarded 6 points.
That’s just bonus point for the first innings hey?

So they’d have one batting one and four bowling ones?

Ok this is perhaps more current off Wiki

10 points for a win, 6 for a tie, 5 for a draw, 0 for a loss. An extra 2 points are awarded for an innings victory.
Batting bonus points: 1 point each for reaching 200, 250, 300, and 350 runs in each innings.
Bowling bonus points: 1 point each for taking 3, 5, 7, and 9 wickets in each innings

So it looks like they're batting on hoping for an extra bonus point for each additional 50 they get.
So maybe 400 is their declaration point, or will they be greedy and shoot for 450 for one more?

If you assume a draw they will have
5 for the draw
1 for the first innings
4 for bowling them out
5 for second innings batting if they declare at 400.

That's the 15 points they need before they get more from taking wickets in the Eagles second innings.

That's how I see it, but I'm 100% sure I'm wrong

But if they draw they've got one less win than Rhinos?
It's about the points though.
I know as usual I'm talking to myself

You’ve got to back yourself to bowl eagles out in 5 sessions surely. Even with rains.

All these wickets seem to fall first session. I think this deck is playing well now. The only thing I can think is that they're going to bat for a while longer to absolutely guarantee the draw, but I'd have said that's in the bag already.
I'm really not understanding their maths. Of course this points system I found on Wiki might be wrong.

Ya looks like they were waiting for Shingi to get his 50...or more.
They've declared. Decent sign off for him. He's been a good pro for many years.
