Ya he was hit first, but it turned out to be an influential guy who caused endless problems. Took months to resolve. That could not have been easy to deal with.
Anyway hopefully he's going to have a good season. Seems to have changed his set up for the 10th time as well. Currently working for him, tinkers all the time, too much going on upstairs
How influential was that bloke he hit? I see nothing from the usual movers and shakers on ZC on twitter about his 150 today

With the fans perhaps, Mutendera is more discerning and less easily impressed

There have been players on either side in terms of colour who have suffered past 20 years post 2004 and rebel saga.

Forster mutizwa was one who was blitzing centuries in logan cup. Think he played a solitary test match. That was rotten for him. Deserved much more than that.

Even Maruma should have been given a longer rope in ODI and test. Actually a very good player but 36 now. He should have had a few series to really see what he had. Odd game here and there ruined him.

Ya Maruma was very poorly treated. Still is a very good player. He hits the ball bloody hard as well, the cover fielders don't enjoy being on that ring when he's seeing it.
The black white thing has taken centre stage for now, but it should just serve to highlight the shit show that are these selectors in general.
The more people shout about Campbell, Curran and to a lesser degree NW, the more determined they'll be to stay with their current squads, and if anyone gets an opportunity they'll basically have to get a hundred to get a second go.

36 is just a number, but its an awkward one with 2027 WC. If we had a stronger domestic system where the transition was a smaller step, Raza, Williams and Ervine would all be replaced.

They're going to keep going obviously but if they come unstuck with a year to go ZC will have shot themselves in the foot.

Actually forster mutizwa has 14 first class centuries and average almost 40. To play one test match in new Zealand and be tossed aside was appalling actually.

Was only giving example of maruma age because of the other oldies in the squad 🤣. As good as Ervine Williams Raza are they wont be around forever

How did he do?
Ya he should have had plenty more opportunities. A guy with 14 hundreds would walk into this side now.

Raza will still be in the t20 side in five years time like some old man Chris Gayle/Imran Tahir hybrid. Grandad raza is what he’ll be affectionately known as
