SHOCKING from both the Afghan openers. That was absolutely plumb, and both of them just stood their with their arms out shaking their heads. Walk off! You're out!

Keemo Paul looks like a good prospect doesn't he. He can bat probably better than he can bowl having seen him live, but he looks decent with the pip. 1 down

Yea he looks good. Only around 82mph but he's only 21 and looks like he kisses the surface really nicely.

In other news, Mohammed Shazad has embarrassed himself massively by the manner in which he's just got out. What a hack that was

Scotland are looking impressive...admittedly against the weakest team in the super 6, but still, that top order has oomph.
Peterhouse U14C 4th change bowler and no. 10 batsman (but only because Aaron didn't have a bat).

if WI lose here it does help us yes, also helps the Scots.
It buys *slight* hope.
only in the sense that if we fall to the leprechauns, we can still progress IF we beat the windies and Scotland stutter somewhere.
in essence, an irish loss will mean they will need to beat the Scots and so do the windies to ensure progress.
Its overall positive though for us, I see it similar to being better to draw to a flush than to draw to a miracle gut shot straight. Youll either get that reference completely or have no idea.
