Just 3 guys with a 30+ average. Appalling. Look at Malcolm Waller's average in this period - 9.73 !!! And he gets selected in our first choice XI. How much more horrible can we get?
Also, Williams has regressed alarmingly in this period.
Seems slow bowling is the trick here now bring on Waller to bowl.

Factor in this a batting era. Most of the leading players are averaging 50+ at a strike rate rate of around 90. Tamim Iqbal has a low SR of 80 but is playing an anchor role with an average that has just gone past 60. Kohli is averaging nearly 70!
ZIM playing almost exclusively against associates should be doing better than 30 averages at a strike rate of 70.

Waller has had a dissent run ahead of this tour and surely deserves his spot in the team.

Williams, Raza and Cremer should be looking to bowl 30 overs our seamers haven't been doing all that good.

Tbh I feel the kind of pitches we play on are also to blame. How frequently do we see scores in excess of 300 in Zimbabwe?
All of Ervine, Williams, Cremer, Moor, Burl, Waller playing in the same side surely one cannot talk of Quotas existing in Zim Cricket. We are really getting pommeled here
