So for me, he has to be a white former player who was around the set up in 2018.

Surely it’s either Campbell or if it’s a black, Taibu or Hammy.

Someone who had influence and was high profile.

In fact, maybe it could be Tatenda Taibu

Inspirational to a generation of black players, wasn't overly well liked by ZC towards the end and had his rising stars initiative suddenly pulled

I just don't see Heath Streak doing something corrupt, especially with his farming background and his nature

Case for Campbell:
Dodgy businessman around the setup. Former legend.
Case for Taibu:
High profile. Inspirational. Influential at ZC then suddenly disappeared.
Case for Hamilton:
High profile and somewhat inspirational (that 100). If match fixing, was still playing, and in a position to actually skew results with bad batting..... and bad batting he was. Also must be around to ‘send ZC in a panic’ as it was discovered by a foreign body. The chibhabha thing proves he has somewhat of a corrupt bond in his body.

I’m betting the third, just.

‘Dates as far back to 2018, ongoing since 2019’

Implies someone still around the setup to have been investigated. Otherwise it would be phrased to an incident in 2018.
There’s only one former player in a position of power now th was also then that could genuinely be listed as inspirational.

That same player couldn’t score a run in his last two years.
