Every topic thread would descend into racism accusations and how cricket is used as a tool of oppression by the white man. At least here every topic thread only descends into people naming their prefered side 1 through 11.

Haven't they done enough to appease the ICC, and the rest of the world with an 'unexpected selection' for the national team! Vusi should be captain! Why must they take it away from him, he's done a great job for them so far? It's bad enough he wasn't made national captain because they assumed he wouldn't be a regular across formats! What's happening? It's not like Taylor will have the freedom to exercise the captaincy education he gains there in the national team!

Thing is with the cuties like Jarvis there's a serious undertone there because he can be used as a posterboy and a marketing tool to pull more birds to the game.
Which can only be a good thing, traditionally girls don't like cricket much.
