Is Zim improving?
Re: Is Zim improving?
Taylor is our next freak (you gotta love the lingo) and I think he will stay. Zim is not in the wilderness anymore, these guys can now get overseas contracts as well, without renouncing an international career. County journeyman vs a test career, this equation has swung back from the days when Sean Ervine & Co. made their decisions. So I don't blame Ervine, Ballance, de Grandhomme etc. because that was the main viable option then.

Speaking of de Grandhomme Boundary, he is doing very well. In the year 2012, we may actually witness the following Ballance(Eng), de Grandhomme(NZ), all following in the footsteps of this fellow!

1Mawoyo 2Vusi 3Hami 4Taylor(c) 5Craig 6Matsi 7Taibu(wk) 8Elton 9Cremer 10Rainsford 11Mpofu 12Jarvis

Manyande had played for Namibia even in the inaugural Stanbic T20, when the Namibian side was invited to be the 6th team in the compitition. Here's a post of his pic: http://zimcricketforums.com/viewtopic.p ... 715#p13715
