Having no fear wears off - but I guess you go with what you've got - and the three you mention have got serious pace (and bats that will give them something to bowl at as/more often as/than not) - but 'in three years' to me means "once they're a little more experienced". But fair enough, they have to get it somewhere and if they have a generation above them at FC level with nothing to offer then good on 'em:

i do remember however, about 2 years ago, being 'guaranteed' (not here, but by a few aussies) that Hilfenhaus was 'the best' swing bowler on the test circuit. they pointed to a burgeoning attack of Hilfenhaus (who did bowl some very good swing), Johnson (voted best Test bowler that year I believe), Clark (the experienced sub25 ave man) or was it Siddle (around the time of his showing in SA) and Hauritz (who had Warneys backing) ... they were sure it would soon be holding it's own with the best. Cummins has had a 'Clark/Johnson-type' intro to test cricket ... ie tracks that are tailored to his purpose (if i remember correctly Clark left SA with amazing figures, turned up in BD and had ordinary returns)
