Good to see Madande doing well. Just hope someone doesnt get a brain freeze and push him to open. The level of competition in the team is very healthy just need to team to fire.

Ervine is a number 3 bat , open with Kaia and Madhevere and drop Wellington its pretty simple

For god sake Evans. Not good. We're genuinely hopeless against spin. Losing Ervine and Evans in such quick succession has probably fucked us here now. Especially since Ngarava isn't in to hit some lusty blows

Some really poor shots being played in this innings. I don't get Wellington's thought process there in the slightest

Takes from the match

How good is Williams :D :D

Madande is our number 1 keeper batter. The fact he didnt play test series against west indies was an abomination

271 isnt a bad score in the grand scheme of things.

Pitch is spinning a bit. Burl might be very handy in this particular surface

Should be able to defend this , Madande's temperament is built for test cricket . Hats off to Wes , he's getting better and Williams is such a gun.
