I predict Raza will open the batting and try score a hundred at some point. To be honest this should be easy so I'm not too worried about the squad

Glad that Innocent, Chatara and Jongwe have been left out. Sounds like Naqvi may be eligible early next year. Nothing wrong with giving a few youngers guys a go, strange that Gwandu is selected ahead of the other Maposa.

Difficult to say that anyone has been left out who deserves to be selected. Now that Ervine and Williams have stepped back from T2O cricket these are probably the best players we have. I know guys will say the likes of Nick Welch should be in but he has been in terrible form over the last year.
He smacked Takas singlehandedly twice and his brother did them in the next two games, played a supporting role 50 with Williams in the second to last and pretty much won the final..again.

Here's a team that will beat this national team 9 out of ten times. These guys don't have a fuckin' clue.

MW
NW
Williams
Ervine
Naqvi
Kaitano
J Campbell
Macheka
Evans
Maposa
Muchawaya.

  That’s literally the only reason he would and the only reason he did at the last qualifier. Hides down the order when the big guns like Uganda and Namibia come to play though. Plays for his social media accounts, not the team. Players of his calibre in the rest of the world open in t20 every game and stunts like this do nothing to shift his associate basher tag.

Let's see how Wes operates on Kenya Gold, the Harare stuff didn't work for him in the T10's.
Whilst we continue seeing Faraz we know there's not only bias but hard cash involved.

Ive called out some of these selections on X.

Faraz selection is absurd.

It is literally on par with Donald being drafted for the Zim T10.

Yuck.

They just put forward their favorites for the T10 and told the owners these were their options only.
It continues to be a corrupt shambles

Faraz is the man and there solely on merit. Anyone who thinks otherwise is on the old pampers juice.

Tbh its not that bad a selection, the last two series he played in, he scored some runs in very quick time and he can hit the ball a long way. With the lesser opponents that we will face here he maybe a factor but yeah his bowling is wack and it never merits national team selection.
The higher you go the cooler it becomes.

Course it does  58mph gun barrel straight pies. He can whack a ball though, strike rate at like 300 or something
