Ok, let me explain.

Top 4 from Group 1 are: NZ, ENG, AUS, SL
Top 4 from Group 2 could be: IND, PAK, RSA, NET (this happens if ZIM lose to India)
Host Nations: WI, USA
Next best 2 ranks: Bangladesh (9th), Afghanistan (10th)

That's it, since Net squeeze into top 4 , Zim have to play the qualifiers.

Now if Zim beat India, then Zim finish ahead of Netherlands and qualify directly. I this case Netherlands play the qualifier as their ranking is below Bangladesh and Afghanistan so it remains that way.
