Benjamin Banks is an exciting young fast bowler from Ruwa, Zimbabwe.
A tall opening bowler, the towering Zimbabwean bowls his right-arm medium fast at a lively pace, able to swing the
new ball on a regular basis. Using his height, the 19-year-old produced excessive bounce from a good length troubling
even the most capable of batsman.

Banks has played cricket since the age of 8, consistently performing to a very high standard throughout his school
cricket career. More recently, the youngster has transitioned into senior cricket, and represents Berea Rovers in
Kwazulu Natal Premier League in South Africa. The bowler also recently attended the Futura Cricket academy & high
performance camp in South Africa, with Ben picking up the bowling award.

Ben was also given the opportunity to bowl to the Mumbai Indians Cape Town franchise whilst they were in Durban
during their 2022 campaign. With his consistent performances in South Africa, he has recently become a brand
ambassador for Milestone Cricket.
