If Chibhabha plays for the Eagles this season it will be a travesty. Lots of young lads pushing for franchise spots this season. We will see the politics on display if some of the old timers keep their places ahead of young guns.
You just know their top four for the first match will be Kamunhukamwe, Maunze, Chibhabha and Mutombodzi

Eagles top six should be something like

1) Nick Welch
2) Kamunhukamwe
3) Tadiwanashe Marumani
4) Wes
5) Ali Hamid
6) Matthew Welch

But will probably be

1) Maunze
2) Chibhabha
3) Larvet Masunda
4) Cunningham Ncube
5) Tinashe Nenhunzi
6) Knowledge Kaia

 unfortunately Ncube is the best keeper they have (pending transfers), but he will probably bat low in the order.

Maunze is probably a better option than k-long for the logan cup.

Nick Welch is really putting his hand up for the T20Q squad. Going to be impossible to ignore him at this rate.

It was always going to be hard to ignore him, these are only club matches though (despite the bowling attacks) so don't think DH will be looking too much into the games.

He was good in the domestic t20 and pro 50 last season so that will be his basis for selection alongside his known ability.

I'm really excited about those qualifiers. Look forward to seeing how we handle the smaller nations who have the odd quality player.

Selection is going to be a real tough one as well, lots of people are putting their hands up through various competitions.

It feels forever since we last played an international match.

NPL performers who didn't feature much or at all in the last domestic season:

Bats
Tinashe Chiorah (westside 463 runs at 51)
Ryan Kamwemba (Uprising 453 runs at 45)
Aisha Chibanda (Uprising 434 runs at 36)
Tariro Makauyo (Uprising 433 runs at 36)
Ashley Mufandauya (Gladiators 333 runs at 30)
Jayden Schadendorf (Scorpions 364 runs at 45)

Allrounders
Brandon James (Bulawayo 398 runs 20 wickets)
Matt Campbell (Rainbow 190 runs 25 wickets)

Bowlers
Victor Chirwa (Kadoma 30 wickets at 9.6)
Munashe Zata (Gladiators 20 wickets at 16)
Patrick Nyampfeni (Rainbow 20 wickets at 24)
Malcolm Chikuhwa (Gladiators 19 at 17)

Keepers
Tafadzwa Ngulube (Westside 147 runs at 21, 18 dismissals)

Just a selection there are others that have performed in the odd game, haven't included those like Mhlanga who have played a few first class games now. Not many Keepers putting their hands up as usual, just liked Ngulubes technique.

Is there any series against Nepal before that Qualifiers SZ, like we've heard before?

Ah I forgot about that. Haven’t heard anything for a while. I think that news came from Nepal sources originally - not sure if they are reliable.
I hope so though.
