I don't think we can really justify Vermeulen or Matsi being on the list at the moment as neither of them have played for the national side in a long time. Both were given extended runs in the side and never really did anything bat a couple of impressive innings here or there. Hhm, you are correct to have Craig Ervine on the list however.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

Excellent! I have been looking for such a term! Aptly put!

I encourage you to peruse through global cricket reports which cared to review Zim cricket at the time. This very article in Cricinfo to which I refer, from currently the most diligent reporter on Zim criceket affairs, is very much in stark contrast to your assessment Jemisi! Our very own Pommie, would've told you that!

It's not about beauty, you can't deny the man his innate class, it's about stepping up when it counts the most - which he did, and he got respect for it. HUGE respect!!!!
Ok, firstly, Vusi is in my team. I think he has done well and hope he continues to improve.

But class? International centuries - Vusi 1, Taylor 8. Vusi's was long ago against associates as well. Taylor has passed 50 40 times in internationals, Vusi has done it 20 times. Taylor has over 5000 runs, Vusi just over 2600. Taylor has participated in 18 century stands for Zim, Vusi 10. Taylor is well ahead in averages as well. Pommie is not the most reliable when it comes to making these kind of judgments. I encourage you to review the bottom line measures of performance.

To say Taylor has more class than Vusi is no disrespect to Vusi.
