Well done,Mark Vermeulen. Finally getting a big score of 80 coming at no 4.It's the position where he should bat at in the national side. When he played in the national side,I saw him playing mostly on no 4.But he was sent for opening in the match where he was hit in the head by Irfan Pathan. But when came back batted at 4.I hope more to come.

Charles Coventry continued his good work scoring 46.Maruma well played scoring 44 and 1/22.Also Admire Manyumwa 4/31.

I have the full scoresheets for the T20, but i"m not going to get the chance to post it to later. Here's a report, though...
Zimbabwe A beat Namibia by 41 runs in a 20/20 match at the Wanderers ground on Friday. Zimbabwe’s top order all got stuck in with Bothwell Chapungu scoring 20, Mark Vermeulen 29 and Cephas Zhuwawa 32.

Zimbabwean captain Timycen Maruma scored 18, Tendai Chisoro scored 13 and Trevor Garwe top scored with 33. Zimbabwe reached a formidable total of 185/9 off their 20 overs.

Namibia’s top bowlers were Louis Klazinga (2/30), Bernard Scholtz (2/26) and Andrew Louw (2/31).

Namibia got off to a quick start before JB Burger was caught off a top edge for 16. Raymond van Schoor scored 8 and Sarel Burger 4, before Craig Williams and Louis Burger went about rebuilding the innings.

Williams raced to 49 runs off only 29 balls, which included three massive sixes, one of which cleared the wall and went into the adjacent street.

But when Williams was out, stumped by Mtumbani, Namibia’s onslaught subsided.
Louis Burger made 25 and Bjorn Kotze 20,while Deon Kotze (8), Neil Rosouw (0), Louis Klazinga (5) and Bernard Scholtz (4) all went cheaply.

Andrew Louw hit a six and a four in reaching 14 not out, but by then Namibia were well behind the run rate as they reached 144 all out.

Zimbabwe’s top bowlers were Kamungozi (3/34), Masakadza (2/26) and Garwe (2/24).
