Macmillan and Patel, too. I just hope they're in the thoughts of the selectors for the franchise and NPL going forward
I think masakadza knows. When he debuted for zimbabwe he played really hard tough club cricket beforehand against the chicken farmer and the flower bros. He will get this new group of players exposure.

It's exam season for most of the boys, that's why they haven't played in the NPL.

They are all off on quite an extensive tour soon once exams finish. According to Prosper they are playing a series against Zim Select XI, then playing a series with SA U19's, then going for a camp in India, and finally a series with Ireland before the world cup.

Why on Earth did Chibanda and Mashinge come out to bat before Kamwemba, who has been Uprising’s finisher throughout the whole competition?

Some bizarre goings-on as usual.

Takashinga win again. Naqvi player of the match and the tournament.

Great game. Would potentially have been a different outcome if the 6 had not been signalled 4 and then there would have been a tip and run single to get off the last.
I guess someone will sleep well.
You'd think the live stream replay will cause some embarassment?

I told you the umpires would have the final say. Will they get cheated out if their well earned share of the 20k? That would be poetic.

I don't usually single out players for having done poorly, but Aisha Chibanda having 5 wild swings and missing when he's got Bennett at the other end is just woeful. If he'd closed his eyes he'd have had a better chance. That also cost Uprisings the game. Jongwe also has surely bowled himself out of contention for selection?
Burl and Bennett took some tap, but from decent shots, but Jongwe just sprayed it or bowled 109kph half trackers.
