Mathews quitting as captain was a weak move imo, they're a young side lacking experience & leadership the last thing they needed was their captain to quit .....

Matthews captaincy had been under fire for a while. HIs record wasn't all that great, and lets not forget he allowed Pakistan to chase 300 @ 6 an over in the 4th innings of Test match not so long ago. On top of that, I think his team also failed to defend 380 in another Test I think. It may be the wrong move, but a change in leadership was overdue, IMO.

You remember when I was downplaying SL back during the 2015 World Cup? This is the kind of thing I was talking about. I was just 2 years early, lol.
