I'd like to see Nyauchi bowling over the wicket to Chanderpaul

That first ball of Evans nipped in and stayed low. He lands a few of those and he will get an LB

Credit of making this test match boring surely goes to westindies . Ben stokes can sue this team and drag them to court for this approach

Declaring early to possibly to have a crack at them and not bowling your wicket taking leggie at all! :? Zim team management is the most difficult to get every single time, surely. A few tight overs with Wellington and Mavuta in tandem should have been tried.

Anyway, what a performance so far! Ballance showing his class, Kaia is indeed our best batting find in ages. Mavuta, Wellington and Ngarava all putting their hand up with the bat as well and contributing crucial partnerships with Ballance. Also, a great game so far for Mavuta, as against what I had feared. But he should have bowled this evening if the adventurous declaration had to make any sense.

When Ballance gets all his confidence back and is 100% in the right frame of mind. He is going to be a serious serious problem. He will definitely average 50 plus. Rarely looks in any sort of trouble. A quality addition to the team. Real quality.

Yup. Got a feeling they will bring Wiliams and Chivanga in next game

Really impressed with Mavuta. His game has matured. I think he is ready for the national squad now. With Burl maturing with the bat it might be the right time to bring Mavuta in and place more batting responsibility on Burl. Move him up the order.
