Ideally you need a new board forming and operating entirely separately from ZC, and the players put their backing and support behind it. Not just one or two players, but every single one of them.

Ultimately the ICC will probably put some sort of ban or something and be like 'this is unacceptable', but if the whole system stayed strong and insisted to the ICC that this is what they wanted and this is the only board that will be followed, the ICC will really have no choice.

I dont mind Brent taking over to be honest. He knows the game very well.. sometimes legends dont make the best coaches because they just pick a team and expect guys to deliver like they did. There is a bit of that in our 2 legends who have been fired.

We also need a really good analyst. Dont know how much of a say Chawaguta had but i honestly feel if you swap the teams for the west Indies and UAE games We would have had an unbeaten tournament. Well as long as they also switched Ervine and PJ.

To be a successful coach you need to be in the thick of things nowadays. Hence why other countries don’t recall coaches from a decade ago, and most appointments are now the result of promotion through the ranks.

Seriously, some of you think coaches and players are to blame.
Did they put zc in debt. Did they not pay themselves over Xmas, only 40% wage in Feb and nothing for March...yet?
Did they not buy themselves balls to play with this season.

It's a ponzo scheme pyramid of steal what you can depending on your status. Right down to paying the net bowlers half cash half rtgs(even though ICC gave cash to pay these guys)
Every year for the next 3 years ZC gets 24m about 10m goes toward the debt they created NOT THE COACHES OR PLAYERS them the admin.

Its amazing how many board members had a job title but did nothing yet got paid.
