Taylor out for well made 81. In comes local tusker boy and my favourite Chopper. Ervine playing well and here fastens Zimbabwean chase.
10 run p'ship. Zimbabwe require another 100 runs with 7 wickets and 12.2 overs remaining

well done Craig Ervine for 50 on debut.
Gary Crocker did the same on his debut against visiting Indians in 1992

First Blood Drawn: Fierce Zimbabwe slaughtered inept cricketers wearing Indian jersey at Queen's club in the "City of Kings." Apparently Bulawayo means 'place of slaughter.'

Proud of you guys

What a magnificent chase.

Barring Blignaut, every single member of the side played an important role today. Brilliant win.

What a great result for Zimbabwe. Even though it was an under strength Indian team any team that wears the Indian jersey is always going to have some great players. It was great to see all the batsmen score runs, although Lamb still didn't look comfortable. Lamb however not throw his wicket away and toughed it out. What a great debut for Craig Ervine - he looks like a class performer. Just imagine if we could get Sean Williams back also. Ervine and Williams would make for a strong middle order.

Lets hope we capitalise on this good start and dont fade away like we have in our last few series.

Good to see David Coltart part of the post-match presentations.
