Cricinfo Bulletin Says: Price and Tawanda Mupariwa took seven wickets between them - three of Price's four came in the penultimate over of the day.
Penultimate over of the day would mean Price's last over of the day. A careful look at the Scorecard reveals that these 3 are the wickets of Marshall, Sajidul and Nazmul.
Sajidul has played 4 balls, which means that Marshall would have got out on the first ball of Price's over, Sajidul on the 5th ball, and Nazmul on the 6th ball. So, by my reckoning, Pricey must be on a hattrick first thing this morning
Go Pricey, Go!

Cricinfo is right.Zimbabweans was all out scoring 273 in the 2nd innings.Tiger cricket used to make mistakes at times.
Ya,Price has got 3 wickets in his last over and 2 of them were in his last 2 delivaries.I am sure that he is in a hat-trick today in his first bowl.Best of luck to Price!!!

Re: Match thread: GP-BCB Academy XI vs Zimbabweans
Cricinfo Bulletin says: Resuming on their overnight score of 107 for 8, Mithun Ali was out first ball, caught behind by Tatenda Taibu to give Ray Price a five-wicket haul.
They say he was out first ball today, but do not mention anything about the hat-trick. Pricey must have got the hat-trick for sure. We need to wait to see if we get confirmation of this feat in any other bulletins. First class hat-tricks don't come everyday, you see. They better recognize it, or else

Cricinfo Bangla carrying report and scorecard. Only 15 balls were needed and Price bowled 1st over. Bulletin also says mithun was out first ball. So, if all the talks of consecutive wickets last day are true, it HAS TO BE A HAT-TRICK but sadly nothing of this sort mentioned in end of scorecard.

Well, Dr. Situ, similar to you, I am a true blue Indian, rooting for Zimbabwe. A long term follower of Zimbabwean cricket who became a fanatic after this incident...Dr_Situ(ZimFanatic) wrote:By the way Crimson, are you a Zimbabwean in india or an indian rooting for Zim?

Re: Match thread: GP-BCB Academy XI vs Zimbabweans
I do feel that Raymond Price has got a hat-trick.He finished day 2 getting 3 wickets in last over and 2 of them were in his last two delivaries.Yesterday GP-BCB Academy 11 completed the day playing 40 overs.Today's first over wasnt bowled by Price but by anyone else.Price was introduced to the attack in the 41st over and it is seen from the scorecard of this match that Price picked up Mithun Ali who was caught by Tatenda Taibu. That means Pricey has taken a hat trick.Really a well achievement for a world class bowler.
Cricinfo has got a short bulletin of this match.I think, the hat-trick of Price was overlooked by them for the lack of information probably. It's the 17th time that Price has got a 5 wicket haul in a FC match.
