When burl came on international scene he was a potent batsmen but not now he has turned into an average bits and pieces player. Unfortunately same is happening with Madhevere
how on earth is madhvere a bits and pieces player after 9 games

Myers is better than Madhevere IMO and the reason being he is more technically solid. Madhevere plays in the air a bit too much, and while Myers does as well he's usually belting bad balls to vacant areas of the field. Marumani, at present, is basically a clone of Cephas.
marumani should be played down the order i reckon. Hard for a 19-20 year old to open

Raza makes such a difference to this side.

Wes just got a good 50 and burl has been away with injury so I think it's all a bit harsh

Problem is we can't have 11 middle order batsmen :D

Marumani will come good eventually. He is much more suited to T20's at the moment. It will take him time to develop the technique to build an ODI innings properly but it will come with time. I love his fearless attitude, its very un-Zimbabwean.

Yeah it's become quite apparent in this series the difference between the top tier like Raza, Taylor, blessing etc and the rest/younger players. It's great that Taylor, Raza etc are playing with the next gen like Wes and stuff so hopefully one day they will be the next Taylors and razas etc

Myers and Wesley look pretty fearless. They just need to work on the mental aspect of the game - mostly making it really count once well set.

hahahahah ik but yeah I like his attitude too, he walks with that swagger lmao. But like I reckon Taylor should open and everyone else move up by one.
