This is the longest Jonno has gone in 6 months without running someone out
Batted very well. It's ugly but it works.

Southerns have rolled over without much of a fight here. Jonno got a good 50 but ideally needed to kick on.

And another thing  ......

There should be needle in this game. The teams look fairly evenly matched and most people should be vying for a spot. Everything should be on the line...but it's very much a friendly. That's because the players know it usually doesn't matter how you play..your fate is not in your hands.

It's a true story.

He's earned the right to be there..for now.
Certainly don't have any problems with him playing the longer version of the game. He just seems out of place in the shorter version.

Wonderful having so many seamers around and likes of Vezha, Muchawaya waiting I the wings. Chatara, Chivanga as well. Now we just need to figure put who plays in which format. Given the amount for cricket we have coming up a bit of ration might work wonders for the team.
CHRISTOPHER MPOFU: 'The problem was fear of failure. I used to think that when I played, if I didn't do well in one game, I would lose my place for the next one but now I've let go of that'

I'm not sure why Campbell didn't get to bowl? He's a good bowler. Does he make it as a pure batsman?
Not for me.
He did bowl...

Too busy spitting flies about old Faraz

If he worked on some variations he could become a niggly unplayable slow bowler like Ravi bopara is.
