Zimbabwe have got SLN in Jan/Feb, so it has to be after that series.

I hope flights availability won't be an issue for that SLN tour to go ahead. Even if the current situation prevails, ZC should have ways to send team to SLN be it via some other country.Marshmallow wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 1:23 pmSL series starting from january 16 so most probably Afghanistan series will take place in februarysam_ahm wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 12:11 pmAfghanistan cricket board on their twitter confirming 3 match ODI series against Netherlands starting Jan 21st and in the same article mentioning 'this will be followed by an away series against Zim in Jan/Feb'

They are in talks with South Africa and the West Indies for next year. Hopefully that works out.

Re: Future tour rumours
Busy Schedule is not a big achievement. Playing competative cricket and beating these sides would what Zim needs, to get back their importance in cricket. Many of these teams will send their C or D time. Zim will have huge opportunityTapsC2 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 10, 2021 6:12 amhttps://www.herald.co.zw/busy-schedule- ... next-year/

Re: Future tour rumours
I vaguely recall we were suppose to host West Indies in 2019 but it never happened. Good to see it might happen next year.TapsC2 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 10, 2021 6:12 amhttps://www.herald.co.zw/busy-schedule- ... next-year/

Re: Future tour rumours
The Bangladesh series is supposed to be 2 Tests, 3 ODIs. Will probably be trimmed to 1 Test given recent precedent.

Not an intention to hurt Bangladesh, but it seems Bangladesh position in next cycle of WTC will be under scanner if they are unable to win a single test in present cycle. At present they are playing worst cricket with off the field issues ruling over performanceKriterion_BD wrote: ↑Fri Dec 10, 2021 8:31 pmThe Bangladesh series is supposed to be 2 Tests, 3 ODIs. WI & SL wont be under scanner as they won some games in WTC
Re: Future tour rumours
Ireland can't be super league games, those games are already played. It should be a normal series.Mr Twig wrote: ↑Fri Dec 10, 2021 12:05 pmI vaguely recall we were suppose to host West Indies in 2019 but it never happened.
