He's got 3 off 5, so he is increasing the run rate a bit :P

Chakabva 17 off 11 now. I'm just worried that he will get put into the national team prematurely, I think it would be best to let him tear it up at A level before he makes the step to international cricket.

122/5:
F Kasteni c Bossenger b Kruger 20
AG Cremer c Bossenger b C Pietersen 2

Hope this isn't the start of a Zimbabwe Collapse. Nyamuzinga is next man in. Probably okay as long at Chakabva is still there - 68 runs to win with 5 wickets in hand.

We're going to lose. UNBELIEVABLE.
Zimbabwe Provinces require another 58 runs with 2 wickets remaining
Absolutely pathetic, how can we possibly go from 4/119 to 8/132 :x

Mahwire doing a great job with the bat at present. Real captain's knock. 31 to win with 2 wickets in hand; Mahwire 20*.

He has got a test 50 and a first class 100 to his name, so he's no rabbit...

A good effort from Mahwire and Garwe but today is certainly a day for big disappointments.

The winner of this game is a good probability for a place in the SAA final, it should have been Zim. I suppose that a really big win in the last game against North West could still give them a chance but with Griqualand having a game in hand I would think that the chance has now been lost.

Individually the players have done pretty well with Cremer and Manyumwa at the top of the wickets taken and Chakabva still out on his own as leading run scorer, but when is everybody going to fire at the same time ?

Whatever happens though, it is a big step up from last years performances with some good new talent coming through.

The player I am impressed with is the seamer Manyumwa hes had a good tournment taking wickets and maintaining a very good econmy rate. He has an outstanding bowling average in first class games maybe hes 1 for the future.

Creamer is class and obviously a wicket taker I think he deserves a run in the national team as we lack wicket taking bowlers.
