Talent is not a big question.

Big question is how many are going to turn up for Zimbabwe national team or domestic cricket. Zimbabwe's talented u19 players, generally gets faded away or plays for other nation.

Role Of Masakadza is now very important in keeping this talents in Zimbabwe folds.
