Agreed! If Myers is willing to stay and give an international career with Zimbabwe a fair crack, especially with the FTP kicking in, we've got three little golden nuggets. Throw in young Munonga, Burl, Tari and Murray (if he returns) and perhaps Moor, we have depth all of a sudden and competition for places.

And Nyathi and Prince, whom I presume due to their age did some soul searching and realised they needed to score big this season to have any chance of a international career. Worked for Prince, but Nyathi is too tainted, he will need to get 150s to be noticed

Shumba didn't make a good start, very slow and looked overawed. But he hung in there very well and it steadily came right for him.

Obviously he was trying to take time out of the game and then they were hoping someone would repeat that in the second innings and they’d hang in for a draw. What was the outcome?
Regardless it was a pretty good effort, you won’t see that too often, especially if it was in the first innings.
