Re: [Match Thread] New Zealand v Zimbabwe: 3rd ODI
44.6 Vitori to NL McCullum,SIX, dreadful over from Vitori as he is taken for his third six in a row, 26 runs at the end of it all as he serves up another full toss and Nathan will keep accepting these gifts, sends this sailing over midwicket
44.5 Vitori to NL McCullum,SIX, Vitori struggling with his lengths as he serves up another full toss from over the wicket and Nathan swings this over long-on for symmetrical purposes
44.4 Vitori to NL McCullum,SIX, full toss is served up outside off and Nathan eagerly tucks into it, smacking it hard over the long-off boundary as the fielders look on helplessly
44.4 Vitori to NL McCullum, 1 wide, too wide outside off as he reaches for it and misses, very harsh call to wide that as it seemed to be inside the guidelines
44.3 Vitori to BB McCullum, 1 run, muscled away to deep midwicket, New Zealand bring up their 300, can they match the 372 they made up north at the Cobham Oval?
44.2 Vitori to BB McCullum,FOUR, full on middle, Baz moves across and uses the wrists to hit powerfully to the backward square boundary
44.1 Vitori to BB McCullum, 2 runs, full outside off and launched over mid-on out to cow corner
And people continue to wonder when I say he's rubbish! Eddie & Tinashe must be sitting in front of their sets wondering what they ever did wrong for ZC to forget them! Pick a bowlerfor the national side and he can't bowl a proper yorker!

I think you guys keep forgetting one thing, Taylor is protecting Jarvis! He wants him to have the least exposure against vicious batting, so as to keep his figures intact. As our so called best bowler, Jarvis should be the be THE one seamer who ALWAYS completes 10 overs! Even against Bangladesh Taylor still protected him. Only the other bowlers get maximum exposure, but he still gets tonked & goes virtually wicketless, despite the protection! That said I think he's been our best bseamer today!

Yet another horrible match for us.
Re: [Match Thread] New Zealand v Zimbabwe: 3rd ODI
Hard to argue after bringing Vitori back for the final overs. The guy's confidence is shot.hhm wrote:Taylor's a stupid captain, admit it guys!

I can't believe Taylor gave Vitori another over. Don't really think the breakthrough was worth all those runs.

So painful to see a young black ZImbabwean embarass himself in this manner! I hope all you guys who disputed it(and enoucraged it) when there was still time, will now admit that it was a VERY bad mistake to blood in these youngsters! You must be proud of yourselves.
