Great win by Namibia, they really do remind me of the Zimbabwe team I fell in love with in the late 90s

I reckon Namibia have about 20% of the player pool we have, a great example of doing more with less.

Namibia should play Trumpellmann as well, although I don't know who will sit out? Probably Van Linglen. They've got plenty of batting depth, they can easily drop a batter.

Trumpelmann has a hamstring niggle. Hopefully he's back for them at some point

Wonderful to have an upset to start us off

Man! Anyone thinking Zimbabwe are in the toughest group needs to look at the two games we've had today in the other group!!
There is just so much intensity in WC games, which can never be seen in bilaterals.

Haven't observed it well then. What you say sounds nice.Kriterion_BD wrote: ↑Sat Oct 15, 2022 11:00 pmLook closely at the BD kit. There's a Bengal tiger hidden amongst Sunderban trees. Pretty cool jersey idea.CrimsonAvenger wrote: ↑Sat Oct 15, 2022 12:15 pmJust saw the kits of all the teams, thanks to that captains in one frame photo. Almost all of them are so dull with no imagination I thought. There is some class in the Pakistani outfit, the rest are just very ordinary. SA kit is possibly the dullest. Zim is not bad, given all that...
The Indian kit for long has had pretty much nothing to identify with the country's emblems. Some really ordinary designs.
