It was signed by Zim team that toured India in November 2000. It was a series in which Andy Flower scored a century and a double century.
Team includes two brother pairs.

I think now it will be easy for all :D

there is some confusion in the question i think. In 2000, i dont think Paul Strang travelled India. Marillier was also in 2001 tour. Madondo played in 4th ODI at Kanpur but i dont think his signature are there. I have seen this picture before and even put up on one of my social networking site but lil confused with 2 brother pair and 2000 tour.
