Yeah Elton must go, I think Whatmore is in trouble as well results haven't added up .....

The only thing I'll give Whatmore credit for is all the players seem to be playing better under him but they just can't do it together, every game someone or a few players do something special but the others do nothing. It's a team sport we need everyone contributing....

Utseya, Taylor and Chigs have been mostly unimaginative, bordering on disastrous as far as captaincy is concerned, with Taylor being the best of the 3 for at least having led from the front by doing his bit for the team, followed by Utseya. Chigs has been utterly horrible. We might as well get on the field without a skipper. What does he exactly do apart from turning up for the toss? I was making fun of the Afghan skipper, at least he turned up and hit a couple of lusty blows yesterday. What about Chigs? We haven't had a "leader" since Taibu was sacked.

Results under BRMT were pretty decent considering, I also thought he was just getting the idea of how to use his bowlers when they stripped the captaincy off him ......

I don't really care who the captain is, can we just give it to someone who can bat, bowl, or do both? Elton is a specialist fielder by this point.

They signed off as castle corner. I had a couple of drunk guys approach me and say I was distracting their advertisement and I realised I was standing in front of the 'Official Supporters' banner, I just arrived at the ground and was just checking the end of the over before I moved to sit somewhere. I assume you are spot on thought. Who are these guys.

I dunno, making the effort to go stand at Castle Corner makes gives them one-up on most of us. And we used to issue Player of the Year awards. (Wonder if ex-Minister Coltart's office ever got around to delivering those...)
