[Match Thread] Zimbabwe v Bangladesh: 3rd ODI
Fingers crossed we will be able to wrap up the series on Tuesday with another strong performance. the word from Harare is that Kyle Jarvis is going to come in for Ray Price in order to go against the strengths of the Bangladesh Batsman.

Suggested Jarvis in for Price or Utseya over on Twitter after the 2nd ODI - good move. Spin plays to Bangladesh's strengths, another seamer could help solve the problem if their wagging tail that we had in the first two matches. Bigger winning margin this time, then.

I don't think Jarvis is a one day bowler. I just get the feeling that he's going to get bashed all over the place tomorrow. I hope he performs, but I have a bad feeling about this...

Good to see Jarvis in if true. It shows we're going for the jugular, a more aggressive, confident team.

Let's hope the fans of Bulawayo can see a victory tomorrow. It is a shame how rarely Zimbabwe put on winning performances there. I hope Jarvis does get a shot. He and Vitori will destroy the Bangladeshis.

The 3rd ODI is also at Harare.eugene wrote:Let's hope the fans of Bulawayo can see a victory tomorrow. It is a shame how rarely Zimbabwe put on winning performances there. I hope Jarvis does get a shot. He and Vitori will destroy the Bangladeshis.
Dropping Price / Utseya to bring in Jarvis might be a bold move, but what if we don't get those early wickets that we are getting these days? In such a scenario, Price bowling a 10-0-35-0 spell is much better than Jarvis bowling a 9-0-68-1 spell. Hoping that we would not get to that situation though. Go Zim, let us get the series wrapped up today!

jarvis is a must but i think mpofu should be given a break just for 1 game , price is simply priceless with his attitude and tight bowling argubaley our most important player , him and utseya create a good combination.Ervine needs a score soon with malcolm waller pushing for selection
