Apparently facing culpable homicide charges after hitting a former davis cup winner chinyoka at a crossing in harare whilst driving. Very sad news

Jeeez. I heard he had found himself in some kind of trouble but I was thinking it would be something relatively minor.

Depending on how long ago it happened, I guess it might explain why he has been so thoroughly shit at cricket recently and has been carrying drinks for Rhinos.

The dead tennis player was Peter Chingoka's nephew btw

Amazingly it happened on the evening of the 17th January, the first day of a Logan Cup game. Happened at night after some kind of dinner/party at HSC which it appears Gwinya Chingoka was walking home from and Musakanda was driving home from.

Musakanda turned up the next morning and continued to play.....With no mention to anyone about it. :o

He only reported the incident to the police after the guy was announced dead, 10 days later.

Oh my! It has all gone so horribly downhill for him. We were looking at him as the biggest hope of his generation not so long ago!

This is crazy. Madness. Heard about the Chingoka incident a few weeks ago. The link is unbelievable.
