Needed it's own thread.
Rhino beat Nigeria in a 20/20 today by 7 wickets. Mavuta in the wickets and Ben Curran and Kaitano in the runs to romp home in 17 overs.
Takashinga lost by 2 runs to Uganda Sunday. I expect a sterner test for Uganda tomorrow as a lot of mountaineers players were in the 50 over squad

And Takashinga lost to Uganda
Re: Nigeria and Uganda tour of zimbabwe
Does anyone have any scorecards for these games?
Seems alarming that we can lose to these two sides.
We were just saying that Rhinos are a decent side and I'm assuming Takashinga put out a good team.
Are we playing these sides in the qualifiers? Shouldn't they have thought to put a couple of Zim batters in these sides so they could have had a look?
As usual it's alarming at what little coverage cricket gets here. I'd have thought this was a good opportunity to put some younger guys in these sides. At what point will the powers that be realise that our existing journeymen cricketers (barring a couple) peaked a few years ago.
This should be embarrassing, but doesn't appear to be? That's the terrifying part.

Pretty strong Rhinos side. Curran, Naquvi, Kataino, Mavuta, Mugava.Googly wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2023 3:55 pmDoes anyone have any scorecards for these games?

Scorecards are on the Zim app, add a filter for Midlands cricket for the Nigeria matches and Harare for the Uganda matches
