..and even in the US only if you subscribe to particular ISPs / cable providers. ESPN3's a rare case where even I can't find a workaround.eugene wrote:The game, along with every game of the tournament will be broadcast live and on-demand on ESPN3.com (only available in the USA).
I'm sure the usual dodgy streams will be available, though...

Sky perhaps
Re: [WT20 Match Thread] Ireland v Zimbabwe
I feel the best way to beat the Irish is to be aggressive and try and take the contest away from them by either attacking their bowlers and setting them a big chase or to go hard at their batsman with the pace of Vitori and Chatara ....
The Irish are scrapper they love a tight contest and the longer they can stay in the fight the more confident they will be of knockin us off. I feel they're batting is limited with only Stirling and Kevin o'brien being really capable of scoring quickly so they will try to restrict us with their spinners and medium pacers and keep us to under 140 and back themselves to chase it just in time .....
I think we need to take a leaf out of Bangladesh's book and really go after their bowlers as we saw they scored 170 and Ireland were never going to come close to it .....
I think when u look at the teams on paper we have them covered man for man but the Irish are a well oiled unit and play well as a team so I think we will need our stars to really perform I reckon a blinding innings by HM or BRMT is the key to us winning ......

The Final is going to be televised on ESPN2. Thankfully I subscribe to one of the correct providers.maehara wrote:..and even in the US only if you subscribe to particular ISPs / cable providers. A lot of nerves over there, particularly given a few wobbles in the warm-ups (and your result vs AFG), so this Irishman ain't counting no chickens. Losing Mooney after Johnston has left us down a couple of 'leaders' who are good at digging us out of a hole when things aren't going our way. Form of a few of our the batsmen is also worrying. A 50/50 match, I'd have thought if I was a bookie...zimfan1 wrote:Well the whole of the worlds cricket media are predicting that Ireland will win easily so we have nothing to loose
Its also a pity its the first game of the group, unless we tie (again!) the next 2 rounds will feel a bit 'dead rubber', unless there's some shock against the winner of the game between us. It's also a bit crap that we're not both in the 1st round 'proper' but that's a topic that's been well covered...
