Perhaps the ICC are pushing back based on that he has no connections to Zim other than cash!

That is what I was thinking and have wondered from the start.
Just because Zimbabwe are a banana republic, doesn’t mean the ICC is too (although they have not always acted appropriately themselves).
You need to be a living resident for three years to qualify I thought.
Make him do it.

I’ll also warn again to temper excitement on the bloke. Besides the Logan cup, he is a failure wherever he has been.
His Zim domestic stats are magnificent. I think it’s more he has just worked out how to get maximum value off military medium paceman.
His best format will be test.

ZC should have been patient and sat this one out since he was only going to be available for some games. Burl should have been picked instead.

Burl needs o pull his socks up and should be comin n up too but he should have been in this squad at least. Even if put on notice.

India batting again, Samson, Jaiswal and Dube are back that make India stronger, but could it get worse than conceding 230 odd? Surely not!

Ngarava is back for Jongwe and Marumani in for Kaia. Still no Naqvi.

Maru will be out first over so effectively Zimbabwe playing with 10 players 😆 sometimes Wellington plays as a specialist fielder but for now I will count him in the team 😆😆

Big few days for Ngarava here. Has a chance to make the world notice. It’s extremely difficult to get picked as a bowler for the IPL but you never know.

Well the rules say that if you are citizen i.e have a passport you qualify. It definitely creates a massive loophole but according their rules he qualifies
