Tour match should be taking place today (7th). Bit of confusion over where this is to be played - the usually-reliable Cricket Archive have it listed for Bulawayo Athletic Club, other sources list it at Queens Sports Club.
No live coverage that I can find, so if anyone can dig up any news on teams and scores, post it here..!
EDIT ...and as you've probably noticed, the warmup match has been
cancelled.
Next up, assuming delivery of kit: 1st ODI on Sunday.

Bear in mind Bangladesh only arrived yesterday, and that airlines frequently lose / delay baggage. If the kit is late, it's unlikely to be entirely ZC's fault, if at all.

I agree but wouldn't have been prudent for the Bangladeshis to have arrived a day or so earlier. You don't hear of the Australians' kit going missing.

Zimbabwe vs
Bangladesh
August 9, 1ST ODI Bulawayo
Backdrop: Bangladesh on a high after historic victories in Carribean and Zimbabwe infused with a new rigor after return of experiences compaigners. Tigers lost to Zim A in warm-up.
Spotlight: Will be definitely on Mark Vermulen. Coventry and Taylor are others.

Key battles (ZimFan's words posted in BanlaaCricket)
Tamim Iqbal V Ed Rainsford The strike bowler against the explosive batsman will set up the tone of the series as Tamim is seen by many to be the key to the Bangladesh line up as if he gets of to flyer then Zimbabwe may be forced to chase the game. Rainsford with his pace and swing will look to bring the ball back into Tamim early on but Rainsford does have a history of going for runs early on so this will be a battle to watch out for.
Shakib Al Hasan V Elton Chigumbura The battle of the two of the leading up and coming all rounders in the world game. Both players are just in there early twenties and would be able to get into their sides as either a batsman or a bowler. Who ever comes out on top in this battle will put their team in pole position for a series win.
Let's see which team continue with their 5 match unbeaten winning streak
A great series in store

Cricinfo commentary is overrating Bangladesh for this one, I think - if the Zim team of the past few years has been able to beat Bangladesh, then this side shouldn't have too many problems. Too much store being placed on their series win in West Indies...
