what will the par score be?
Before the game I was thinking 300+ but the sloppy way we are batting means we'll probably only get in the vicinity 250-260. That makes it a 50-50 game, IMO.

Going to be hard to get even 250 now. Very poor batting apart from Mushfiq...too many dots from Mahmudullah and Tamim.

Mahmudullah can only compensate it if he blasts 50 off 25 the rest of the way.

257...subpar total I believe.

50-50 game I reckon.

Relieved to see we won. Didn't watch the 2nd innings, but the batting looked shoddy to me. Liton should most likely not play the ODI format, and I'm not even gonna talk about Mithun (the supposed greatest batsman currently breathing).

Mohammad Naim should come in for Liton, Mosaddek for Mithun, and Shoriful Islam for Taskin.

Liton is so wildly inconsistent.

Liton is so wildly overrated. By everyone. Never understood the hype. He's a very good fielder and WK mind you...but his batting is bang average.

His last 7 ODI innings scores are: 0, 21, 0, 19, 0, 22, 14. Very consistent...consistent at NOT scoring that is.

Anyways, Mithun out for Mosaddek and Shoriful makes his debut. Perfect changes! Just need to get Shanto in there.

Hasaranga is quite a good player, easily one of the best all rounders going around, isn't he?

Yeah he's quite good. Sri Lanka's problem is that they haven't been able to replace Sanga and Jaya and Dilshan. The two Kusals are talented and can single handedly beat any team on their day, but they aren't consistent enough averaging just low 30s.

Bangladesh could go the same way once Tamim, Mushy, Shakib retire unless the Shantos and Mosaddeks step up. This is why they deserve a long run at the top. Soumya and Liton are proven failures.
