Cricketers still playing who debuted in the 1980's
Can anyone think of any cricketers besides Sachin Tendulkar and Sanath Jayasuriya who are still playing cricket having made their debut in the 1980's?
What got me thinking about this was that Grant Flower just missed on a 1980's debut by a couple of months. Are there any guys in the county cricket circuit other than Shaun Udal who debuted in the 80's?

I guess that Robert Croft of England and Glamorgan may well be the only other one

One of my favourite players, Mark Ramprakash, made his Middlesex debut in 1987.
Neil Johnson, Alistair Campbell, Murray Goodwin, Andy Flower (w), Grant Flower, Dave Houghton, Guy Whittall, Heath Streak (c), Andy Blignaut, Ray Price, Eddo Brandes

Ah yes, I forgot about Ramprakash. His longevity has been very impressive.
Speaking of longevity, to think that this time 2 years ago Graeme Hick was still playing county cricket - and he made his debut in about 1983.

Hick was a class player, I'm sure he could still play a big part in playing for Worcestershire

Re: Cricketers still playing who debuted in the 1980's
Paul Nixon made his debut in 1989, he's still playing for Leicestershire... made a few runs in the Twenty20 semi-final today. He's retiring this season, but it looks like he might be around a little bit longer as Leicestershire have qualified for the Champions League with their win today.
So that leaves Croft, Nixon, Tendulkar, Jayasuriya, Ramprakash as the remaining 80's players. Are there any others floating around? If Martin Crowe completes his comeback (is there really any chance of that happening?) that would add a 70's player to the list.

Ganguly has returned to First Class cricket in India again and with Chris Harris playing the current Stanbic tournament, the list grows again (incredibly).
Croft, Tendulkar, Jayasuriya, Ramprakash, Ganguly, Harris by my count.

Harris did very well. I wonder if he will keep going.
