I haven't followed Namibia for that long, but I certainly see him as one of their best players.
I could see him making an impact in New Zealand's domestic competition. I think it would take him a while to make a county side though.
Would Namibian cricket get more money now they are up to Division One? Maybe they can get him back at some stage.

It would be about the same level of difficulty making a nz or county team.
The advantage is that once you hit the nz scene youre only against a few other competitors for national honors.
Why dont these players ever come to australia I wonder?
